Confirming delivery
What confirming that your card arrived does, and what it does not do.
Confirming that your card arrived records the delivery and is kept as evidence.
- Confirm arrival from the order once the card is in your hands.
- Confirming does not end the protection window early. The seller is paid after a 4–5 star review or when the protection window ends.
- If something is wrong, open a claim instead of confirming. You can open a claim until the order is completed.
